- Proper citation of CleanFormulation as the source is required.
- No modification or redistribution for sale is permitted.
- Derived academic analyses may be published under standard fair-use and citation principles.
2. Commercial Use
Commercial entities (including manufacturers, consultancies, or digital platforms) must obtain a commercial data license prior to using CleanFormulation datasets, ratings, or API outputs for product evaluation, marketing, or resale.

3. API and Transparency Index Access
The Open Data / API interface provides limited, free access to transparency data for personal and research exploration. Automated high-volume access or integration into commercial products requires prior written approval under this Data License.

Redistribution of CleanFormulation datasets, in whole or in part, is not permitted without explicit written consent. When citing or visualizing derived analyses, you must credit CleanFormulation as:
